The room had a very nice balcony overlooking the square (it was such a treat!). The shower was also very easy to figure out. I appreciated that the front desk staff was always attentive and quick with answers to my questions.
The breakfast, though varied, suffered in quality. The self-serve coffee machines were disappointing (I stuck to tea).

The hotel had a prime location on Aliados Avenue. The room included a coffee machine, and the staff replenished pods daily. i especially enjoyed the surprise of a bottle of port and tasty sweet snack i received. The gym impressed me with the tv available during my workout.
Housekeeping was delayed one day. i had to contact reception twice. i appreciate the tray of pastel de natas they delivered with an apology note that evening.

The spa includes a sauna and various treatment rooms. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a selection of free weights available for guest use, and the tv kept me entertained.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room featured a king-size bed with high-quality linens. air conditioning maintained a consistent temperature, and blackout curtains ensured restful sleep. A safe was available for storing valuables.

The staff was friendly and eager to help me. they swiftly addressed all queries i had. the staff promptly organized a birthday cake candle i requested without advance notice. a little port was beautifully packed in cork for my husband.

the location was excellent for exploring. the staff was ready to assist with luggage upon arrival. the lobby offered a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofa chairs. i found the overall experience quite seamless.
The coffee machines during breakfast had some issues. This caused a small delay.

I found the lack of USB charging ports annoying. My room needed updating. The signage for the stairs was also confusing, so I used them less. The food selection was wide but the hot food wasn't hot. I expected better.

I was so glad to experience this hotel. the beautiful double room spa was beautiful! the shower was very nice. It had great intuitive controls. the staff was also attentive. they met us at our uber with a luggage cart.
i thought i was getting a room with a great view and balcony, but the room was so small that i couldn't fit my two luggages. the room only had a foot-depth balcony. it was not a great experience for me.

the breakfast variety had the usual items. it also featured traditional portuguese dishes. the selection moved in a wide range, not just the standard breakfast items.

The gym is nice. i saw that all the machines were new. the metro entrance is right outside the main entrance. It is easy to access public transport. it's very convenient!!
